All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (whether in-store, by telephone, via our website or by such other means as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either (as applicable): (i) by delivery of the goods to you; or (ii) by providing the goods you have purchased to you at the trade counter, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. Payment: The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. Once(Where) we accept your order, we have the legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Terms and Conditions. All goods supplied shall remain the property of “our company” until such time as they are paid for in full.Payment must be received for the whole of the price of the goods you have ordered and purchased, and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed. All goods sold through this site are sold as ’retail goods’. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use. The format of our invoice and statements to you will solely be dictated by us. This site trades in accordance with recent international directives for online trading as follows: Availability: All goods are subject to availability. While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders and purchases, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided to us to ask you how you wish to proceed. Some of our products are handmade or produced on order, a production time of up to 6 weeks could apply on certain products. We may, at our discretion, process any part of the order which is available. Where goods are out of stock, we will refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days or, in the case of an account customer, we may, in our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you. We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.

Right to return: All standard goods come with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order in original/new/ unopened packaging and condition and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money less a 20% restocking fee (delivery costs are non refundable). Re-shipping charge for alternative products lies with the customer. Custom orders or designs are not refundable or returnable, 100% full payment is required on all customized orders before production will start. The delivery is to be paid before the product is shipped, or the client can self collect at our retail store.

Pricing: Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either INCORRECTLY PRICED, INCORRECTLY DISCOUNTED or described incorrectly, in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot supply the goods due to stock shortage or damaged goods, we will offer you a full refund or supply another itam to the value of the same value

We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

RETAIL STORE

No refunds accepted on unsuitable goods.
ONLY STORE CREDIT will be given within 7 days of purchase. Returns for credit will only be accepted if in original packaging, unopened, not damaged and with the original receipt issued on day of purchase.
Faulty products must be returned in original packaging with original receipt issued. We will repair the damaged item or if not possible, exchange the item, issue a store credit or refund the price paid. A delivery charge will be applied if we have to collect and deliver the product to you.
No returns or exchanges on Funko Pops. No returns or any vinyl records. No returns accepted for any 2nd hand console games or game consoles.
No returns on underwear due to hygienic reasons.
No returns on sweets, food, drink or other edibles.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to system errors or malfunction including our ecommerce store and our point of sale systems in our physical retail stores.

Warranty. Some of our product lines have limited warranties.

Arcade machines- limited 6 month warranty within Gauteng only.

Refurbished Fridges- 3 month limited warranty on Compressor within Gauteng.

Lightboxes and LEDS – 12 month limited warranty.

Watches- 6 month limited warranty on mechanism, warranty does not cover battery,glass, strap, clips or casing.

Gift Vouchers

We offer Gift vouchers that can be purchased in our retail store. Once you have purchased the voucher , it can either be emailed to the purchaser or the recipient. The purchaser or recipient must then (self)print the voucher in A4 format. Please present the voucher to the cashier when you redeem it. The voucher can only be redeemed at our physical Retail Store and not for online purchases. Each Gift Voucher has a unique code that will be verified before redeemed to prevent unauthorized use. The voucher is valid for 1 single purchase and is valued to the amount shown on the voucher. The voucher value cannot be used to purchase goods already on sale or discounted specials. The voucher value cannot be redeemed for cash or monies. The voucher will be valid till the year ending in which the voucher was originally purchased. No change (monies) or store credit will be given from or with the voucher value or remaining value.
