We despatch within 24hrs to 48hrs if the product ordered is in stock and NOT ON BACKORDER. We make use of The Courier Guy for all our shipping requirements. We do not use POSTNET or any other postal service. We use a standard Door to door economy road service. Current delivery cost is R130 per parcel STANDARD PARCEL within Gauteng and R160 for STANDARD PARCEL outside Gauteng but within South African borders. On larger not deemed STANDARD PARCEL items we will quote you separately for courier fee (*the fee needs to be paid in full to our bank account via eft before parcel is shipped).

Your parcel will usually be shipped within 1 to 7 working days once order is placed and paid in full if the item THE ITEM IS IN STOCK and does not need production or shipped via a 3rd party supplier. . If product is on backorder, it could take up to 30 days for manufacturing before shipping but you you will be notified.
